Partiqal Privacy Policy

Partiqal LLC ("Partiqal," "we," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to individuals. Partiqal LLC is organized as a Delaware limited liability company and operates globally from the United States.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed when you access Partiqal’s websites, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including when you communicate with us or engage with our marketing. It does not apply to third-party services that integrate with Partiqal, which maintain their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Account Information: name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, role, authentication credentials, and billing contacts.
  • Transactional Data: subscription selections, invoices, payment confirmations, and records of in-product actions.
  • Creator and Campaign Data: social profile identifiers, performance metrics, audience demographics, and campaign notes contributed by customers in accordance with applicable platform terms.
  • Usage Information: device and browser data, IP address, time zone, session logs, referring URLs, and feature usage analytics gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Support Communications: messages, attachments, and feedback you provide to our team via email, chat, or support tickets.

We collect information directly from you, from your employer or organization, through automated means, and from third-party data providers who comply with applicable law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

Partiqal uses personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and platform features;
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and fulfill contractual obligations;
  • Deliver customer support, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues;
  • Analyze product performance and develop new features based on aggregated usage insights;
  • Send administrative communications, product updates, and marketing messages (with the ability to opt out of non-essential communications); and
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, and requests from authorities.

Where required by law, we rely on lawful bases such as the performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating our business, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We share personal information with:

  • Service Providers: trusted vendors that support hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, and security operations under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share de-identified or aggregated insights that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

5. International Transfers

Partiqal stores and processes information primarily in the United States. Where we transfer personal information outside your home jurisdiction, we implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other required transfer mechanisms.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When retention is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize the information in accordance with our data lifecycle policies.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or data sales. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@partiqal.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also manage marketing email preferences by using the unsubscribe link in messages.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, network monitoring, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided data to us.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and notify you of material changes through email or product notices. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
